INDEED Projects is a women-led non-governmental organisation based in Valencia, Spain, rooted in the leadership of young people, especially young women. Founded in 2024, we support young people on their journey to become leaders and agents of change in the pursuit of more inclusive, equal and just societies.

We connect local action in Valencia with European cooperation. Our four strategic priorities — gender equality, lifelong learning, mental health and wellbeing, and sustainable development — guide practical learning experiences designed with young people, especially young women.

Every project we design responds to one or more of these priorities, each linked to the European Youth Goals and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Foster feminist leadership, challenge gender-based discrimination and promote equal rights, opportunities and representation for young women and gender-diverse youth.
Ensure access to inclusive, flexible and empowering learning opportunities that strengthen young people’s leadership, autonomy and agency.
Create supportive spaces and share tools that strengthen emotional resilience, mental health, collective care and holistic wellbeing.
Build environmental awareness and green skills while supporting youth-led initiatives for climate justice and sustainable communities.

On 8 October, INDEED Projects travelled to Riga to learn from its Latvian partners in EcoEscape and joined a youth hackathon on consumption and sustainability at the European Union House.
