INDEED Projects was founded in Valencia in 2024 as a women-led organisation rooted in the leadership of young people, especially young women, with a practical aim: to connect European opportunities with organisations, professionals and communities at local level.
Less than two years later, the cooperation network around it is already wide. INDEED's portfolio now lists five Erasmus+ projects, with partners from 12 countries: Spain, Latvia, Italy, Bulgaria, Serbia, Sweden, Romania, North Macedonia, Austria, Türkiye, France and Belgium.
What the portfolio looks like
- Fashion for Earth and Green Volunteers 4 ECO Future: two youth exchanges held in Alicante and coordinated by INDEED, bringing young people from several European countries together around sustainability.
- Youth Workers Mobility for SustainAbility: a training course in Alicante, also coordinated by INDEED, for youth workers from eight countries.
- ECOESCAPE: a small-scale partnership in youth, in which INDEED is responsible for methodological, youth-engagement and Spanish implementation tasks.
- reTIP: a new cooperation partnership on intergenerational participation in associations, approved this autumn, which starts in November and will open with a transnational meeting in Valencia.
The three mobility activities alone involve around a hundred young people and youth workers.
Growth with a purpose
Adding projects was never the goal. Each new partnership lets INDEED combine expertise from different countries, test approaches in real settings and produce results that can travel beyond a single organisation or community. It also means building lasting relationships instead of partnerships formed around a single funding call.
For a young organisation, reaching this level of international activity in a short time has required a close focus on partnership quality, responsiveness and the ability to turn European priorities into concrete activities.
What comes next
The next phase is about implementation: turning approved concepts into learning activities, methodologies, tools and experiences that matter to participants and partner organisations. INDEED will keep using Erasmus+ and other European opportunities to test new ideas, connect organisations across borders and create results that remain useful after each project ends.
