Strategic priorities can feel abstract unless they are anchored in shared, measurable frameworks. That is why each of our four strategic priorities is explicitly linked to the European Youth Goals and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Advancing gender equality connects to European Youth Goal #2 (Equality of All Genders) and #3 (Inclusive Societies), and to SDG 5 (Gender Equality). Expanding lifelong learning opportunities connects to European Youth Goal #8 (Quality Learning) and SDG 4 (Quality Education). Promoting mental health and wellbeing connects to European Youth Goal #5 (Mental Health & Wellbeing) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being). Driving sustainable development connects to European Youth Goal #10 (Sustainable Green Europe) and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
These connections help us design projects that respond to real, shared priorities rather than isolated local concerns, and they let our partners and funders see exactly how our work contributes to wider European and global commitments.
Young people, and especially young women, are not just beneficiaries of these frameworks: they help shape what they mean in practice, through the projects we co-design and deliver together.
